We do not charge a commission fee on the sale of the business resulting in a huge saving for business owners. Caterers need to prepare for the allergen laws: From December 2014, allergen information must be available to customers. Allergen information must be available for loose foods, those pre-packed for direct sales and those packed at the customer's request.
